• Supplier Code of Conduct: All our suppliers are required to sign and adhere to our Code of Conduct, which outlines the standards we expect in terms of human rights, labor practices, and business ethics.

• Whistleblowing Policy: Provides a safe and confidential way for employees and third parties to report any concerns related to modern slavery or unethical practices.

To identify and mitigate risks related to modern slavery and human trafficking, we:

6. Our Supply Chain

RingPayments works with suppliers around the world. We are committed to working with suppliers who share our values and who implement ethical practices. We expect all suppliers to operate in full compliance with the laws and regulations of the countries in which they operate, including anti-slavery laws.

7. Continuous Improvement

We are committed to continuously improving our processes and policies to prevent modern slavery. We will continue to review and update our practices to ensure we are doing everything possible to combat these issues.
