By using RingPayments, businesses must enter into and maintain a separate agreement with an acquiring bank designated by RingPayments for processing card transactions. Transaction fees and other charges will apply as per the acquiring bank’s contract.
*Service availability is contingent on approval for WorldPay acquiring services. Next-day settlement refers to the next business day, with the card machine’s banking window function performed before 8:30 PM. Different settlement timescales may apply for transactions processed via Ecommerce pay pages, pay by link, and virtual terminals.
